WHO: rally people and anyone who wants to join!
WHERE: outside of city hall and surrounding areas
WHEN: tuesday afternoon into the evening
WARNINGS: RALLY FOR A RIOT
SUMMARY: RIOT PLOT- Quentin's peaceful rally desends into chaos when the rallying natives suddenly go ballistic and a riot breaks out among imPort and anti-imPort protestors. And people try to stop it!!
FORMAT: any and all
With a confirmed eight rioters (plus eleven npc gang members and possibly 140 NPC natives. Maybe more if needed.) We have a minimum damage to the surrounding areas of the riots, three cars turned over, and heavy damage in the rallying area. Not counting the city hall people, we have atleast a handful of people who will show up to the rally and leave as soon as the riot breaks out. We also have a confirmed eleven people (not counting Zatanna because it's at her leisure) who offered to put a stop to the riot and also a police task force as needed. Not all rioters will be apprehended as that's unrealistic but just remember if you turn into a dinosaur and you're the only person with dino powers.. you'll probably be easy to identify.
That said! People can still join, and I'll update the status of damage as needed but if your character is rioting and is going to do something hugely destructive, let me know. Or if you're going to be joining us, go right ahead! Just leave me a note in the OOC post eventually.
If your character is at the rally, but isn't going to riot that's also fine! But if you want to riot and your character isn't the riot type I'm offering Quentin to leave mental suggestions in their minds. (It's not mindcontrol, for the record.) But see me first before you go along with that offer.
