WHO: The Major, the Doctor, and their game pieces. I.e. EVERYONE.
WHERE: Throughout the City.
WHEN: The nights of Friday the 6th to Sunday the 8th.
WARNINGS: Violence and death galore.
SUMMARY: The Major and Doctor Einsturzen go to war for fun, and drag the entire City along for the ride.
FORMAT: Whatever works!
Nightfall was marked by fire. The subway station at East 42nd Street and Park Avenue rocked as a series of explosives ripped through the tunnels, setting everything ablaze, lighting up the evening and filling it with the terrified screams of civilians. That was the first. It was starting.
Across the City, there was movement from the underground. Vampires in trenchcoats and gas masks emerged onto the streets, bloodthirsty and vicious. Hounds the size of bears or larger, barely recognizable as what they once were, prowled from the alleys, saliva dripping from their jowls. Children in canine masks darted across the rooftops. All the while, more explosions tore across the City subway systems, as if keeping time for the two monstrous armies marching towards each other.
Anything that stood between them would be consumed-- natives, ImPorts, businesses, homes. Nothing was safe. This war would be winner take all, a prize of bloodshed and destruction to the psychopath left standing. The nights to follow would be long and full of terrors.

Open; Lots of murder
Unfortunately, with the speed he's carrying himself with sometimes more than his intended targets are getting caught in his swings. And the only way to know he's coming beforehand is the occasional sound of a honk.
The few times he pauses it's to build traps or reset them. These devices are even worse than himself in their discriminating between who needs to be killed and who's allowed to live.

"Gamzee."
Oh, he was grateful enough to thank him for the show.
no subject
"Bro, the motherfucker brings you near my shit?"
And he kept an ear tilted toward Crane as he moved amongst his device. A few things here and there getting restocked and rope being being fixed into place was nothing enough to keep him distracted from any conversation. Even the screams wouldn't be enough to take his attention away here.

"Their terror of you. It's glorious. I --" Jonathan drew in air through his teeth, stepping over a corpse, "...You seem to be picking your targets. Is there a reason for that?"
It was like watching an intellectual get slowly more tipsy, try to bring the logic in without quite a grasp on it.
no subject
"Yeah, been killing them motherfuckers on the doctor's side. Other side's got to having my moirail. And I can't lose himself."
At least it's calm until the last part is filled with Gamzee's rage and fear.
no subject
"Are you planning on saving him, then."

The trap clicked and Gamzee moved around it, letting someone charge at him and it. As soon as they were within range it went off and came to resemble a red pincushion in seconds. Gamzee just honked a bit at the lifeless figure.

And without another word he leaped back into the crowd and began swinging his hammer around again.
