This is their second marriage, but it's their first real wedding since Pietro has constantly been reminding them that eloping doesn't count. Bobbi disagrees, but she's tired of being harped on and would rather enjoy the festivities instead. It doesn't have to be a big deal, she doesn't want a big deal. She just wants it to be her and Clint and the people they love and also some decent barbecue.

Also she wants Clint to actually show up. That'd be cool.

[ Gil hasn't set foot into this place since he came to confirm the Sentry's death. It feels somewhat uncomfortable to enter the place, even if he has been invited, which left him surprised, too. Also in a fretful state of what to bring the newly wed couple. It had to be something for the both of them. So here he is, dressed in a simple black and white suit and black tie. His hair is neatly combed back again.

He sees Clint and pauses, not sure what to say. In his arms he carries a decent sized box, covered in red gift wrap and a white bow.

God, he feels awkward. ]

Er... good afternoon.

_{( Hearing Gilbert's voice, Clint stops pacing abruptly and turns on his heel. His mind is going too many directions at once, and so it takes him a moment to register Gil, the way he's dressed, the present... oh, yeah. It's his wedding day. )}

Oh. You can, put that over there.

_{( He gestures vaguely towards the foyer. )}

And, you know. Thanks for coming?

[ Whoops, he thinks he walked in on something awkward. He pauses, glancing between the parcel and Clint. ]

It's alright. I'd prefer to give this directly to Miss Bobbi. [ Another pause. ] ... You're welcome. I wasn't expecting to be invited, but I'm grateful nonetheless.

Well, you get to see her before I do.

_{( He shrugs, points vaguely towards the stairs this time. It doesn't occur to him to be jealous of Gil, despite how dreamy he is. )}

What? I mean, you're Bobbi's friend. Of course you're invited.

[ He's avoided marriage for some years now and he'll continue to do so until life settles down and maybe he swallows that fear. Maybe. The commitment Clint's about to make today is a big and heavy one. In a way, he has to admire someone committing to another person -- especially in a place like this. ]

Well, it's kind of you both. [ He notices the tie on the couch. ] Is that yours?

Uh, yeah.

_{( Glancing back at the tie, which is purple with small gold embellishments. Pietro chose it, since Clint is horrible at these things. His friend would have know the right color, though. He'd known Clint too long not to. )}

I should probably... _{( He trails off. He's not quite sure what he should be doing. )}

What is it? [ Is he nervous? Gil can hardly fault him... ]

_{( Clint just raises a brow, and then throws up his hands. )}
