"True--" he was about to say, though the physical contact caught him offguard. And he paused a few moments before staring back at Kiryu a bit unreadable. Not quite sure what it meant. He knew it meant something but... well he was probably over-thinking again. Best to take it at first glance as a sign of understanding, or the like. Because whatever else he was thinking of seemed too incredulous.

Saitou stayed still a few more seconds, before smirking just the slightest. There were at least some people here who were happy to see him. He knew Kiryu always would. Or at least he hoped so.
