Most people might give Quatre a second look, considering he's buzzed his hair to rid himself of the damage that the dye had done when he had gone brunet. It was also easier to say that he had decided to cut his hair than it would have been to try and find a reason for dyeing it.

Either way, it isn't entirely unflattering, just not exactly the best look he's had since arriving in the City. The fact that he looks exhausted and seems to be sporting a few slowly healing bruises may not be helping much. He seems content to the untrained eye, greeting people as he makes his way through the crowd.
