"... Oh." Yuugi glanced once more at the other Yuugi, trying to make out his expression in the darkness. Unknowingly, his train of thought bore a few similarities to that of his other self--should he go on, say any more? Or would it be better to leave this conversation where it was?
He could just hold on to the comfortable, 'no, I'm not really the other you,' part of the other Yuugi's answer. He didn't want to have another self; he wasn't sure if he could handle that, but maybe he could handle being kinda sorta friends with a guy who looked like him and was a little bit off and didn't know who he was.
Until he got out of this place and went back home, at least.
Maybe he could do that.
"Well--that's all I wanted to ask! It's late, isn't it? Let's sleep. Maybe we'll be able to get out of here in the morning." Another, even less subtle attempt to switch topics.
