lunch time!!
WHO: Jessica Jones, Luke Cage
WHERE: A lunch place Luke suggested
WHEN: When things aren't being super crazy
WARNINGS: Awkward
SUMMARY: Luke and Jessica meet for lunch.
FORMAT: Whatever Beck wants.
Jessica wasn't sure why she'd agreed to this.
She didn't have to be here and she knew that and it wasn't like her to just agree to meet a guy for lunch. Dinner, maybe. Drinks, definitely. His place? Oh yeah. But she knew she was shitty at platonic things and Luke was actually pretty hot but was married to her in some alternate future whacko universe that she still wasn't totally okay with confronting. (Because that is weird, right?) But the Luke she did know was a nice guy. And this one— he'd been giving her all the space she needed. And she felt bad, because being trapped here without his wife and kid, that must suck. She really did feel bad.
Which was probably why she was here, getting lunch. Even though it was probably a terrible idea. Because it was a terrible idea. Of course Jessica agreed to this.
