on this week's episode of As The Robot Turns...
WHO: Remus Lupin and Bruno
WHERE: Lupin's bookstore
WHEN: Last Friday evening-ish
WARNINGS: Well since the only good way to prove he's a robot is to peel up a hunk of his own skin, um...
SUMMARY: Bruno doesn't feel right continuing to live in Moonybase without full disclosure to the head(s?) of household of just what would be... has been... living under their roof.
FORMAT: Paragraphs with length seasoned to taste.
Bruno just had to keep repeating Bakura's and Cass's reassurances to himself in his head as he walked to the bookstore. That it didn't matter what he was made of, that this didn't change anything, that he was just the same as he'd always been.... Bruno still wasn't sure whether he himself believed any of it, but there was no denying that his friends did. Yuusei would, if he were here; that was never even a question. And he figured Ruka would, once he told her, even if... even of she had other things to be angry at him about. And Sirius would probably hardly skip a beat before diving back into talking about motorcycles, and Lupin... it seemed like Lupin wasn't the kind of person to focus very hard on what someone was.
That didn't calm Bruno's nerves all the way, though. For one thing, Lupin could probably blow him to smithereens if he ever really wanted to.
And it was on that pleasant little thought that he finally reached the front door of Sandust Books. He steeled himself a little, grabbed the handle, and gently pushed through the doorway.
