WHERE: Selina's place
WHEN: Soon after the children are swapped out
WARNINGS: Nah.
SUMMARY: Kurt is swapped back for his adult self and then there's a quest to figure out what happened to the past week.
FORMAT: idk dude, paragraphs.
Kurt awoke, in what must have been the middle of the night, in a place that he didn't at all recognize. The experience of a few kidnappings, which most often involved being put in immediate, ridiculous danger, told him that this wasn't immediately threatening. He was on a fold-out sofa in a nicely-furnished apartment (still The City). Hardly the standard for villainous mayhem. Apart from being very confused, he was fine.
He assumed that rummaging around was fine enough, but it wasn't all that necessary. Cats and the occasional piece of feline-themed decor... He full-on started upon encountering a full-on jungle cat quite suddenly, complete with a too-loud, "Good Lord!" The beast didn't stir, however, and... Well, there was certainly no doubt as to the identity of the apartment's resident. Selina. Odd, indeed.
Calling would simply be silly, if she was already here. The place itself was quiet, however. If she was in the apartment, she likely wasn't awake. So he looked around quietly until he was sure he'd found the right door. He was loathe to wake someboy up from what might be valuable sleep, of course, but he considered the need for information fairy pressing.
He knocked, waited, and knocked again before speaking aloud. "Selina? If... Ah. If I might have a moment."
