No one to answer to.
WHO: Jason Todd and OPEN
WHERE: The rooftops in the City, specifics are up to you!
WHEN: Friday, early morning (~2-8 amish?)
WARNINGS: Potential violence, crude language.
SUMMARY: Jason arrives in the City and decides to explore.
FORMAT: Action or paragraphs, whichever you'd prefer! I'll start with action, though.
[Well, this is different. Definitely not Gotham anymore. Looks more like New York. At least, he still has a few things on him. And by a few things, that means his pistols, jacket full of "toys," knife, and helmet, which in itself is quite an arsenal. He remains still for only a matter of moments as he stares around from under his domino mask before he pulls his helmet on and sets off for the roof. Feeling the wind against the leather is far more comfortable than sitting around inside waiting for his neck to heal. Death would have been faster, honestly. Even now, with bandages wrapped tightly underneath kevlar, he can feel skin pulling and straining. Yet, he ignores that pain and lands on the lip of the nearest building.
With the extra height, he can now see that it's neither Gotham nor New York, but some strange city that makes deja vu kick him in the side of the head. Still, it's unfamiliar enough to throw him.
What the hell is this?
Propping one leg up on the stone, he glances around for something he can latch onto, something to guide the building blocks of what could be a new life in a new city.]

1:20AM!!
It's the only real way to get a "feel" of the City, anyway.
From the corner of her peripheral vision, she spots a figure on the opposite building. In this new dimension, it's a guarantee she will only come across people she will not recognize. She prefers not to deal with others if she can and settles for watching for now, taking a step back to blend with the building's shadows. ]
Re: 1:20AM!!
Still, he's silent as well, for once, not wanting to necessarily give himself away to an unknown presence. So, instead, he prepares a jump line and swings across to another rooftop, hoping that whoever this stranger is would follow him across.]

She swings across and descends onto another side of the roof. Her cape drapes over her body while she crouches. She stands, eyes focused on rooftop. ]</small

She pursues -- but not aggressively. It's that darn curiosity all the Bats have. It's evident this person has noticed her now; what he's up to she wants to know.
In turn, she swings to the roof Jason has now hidden himself. ]
It's all good!

She purses her lips. She doesn't recognize the helmet. ]
'Evening to you, too.

[It's a faux-flirting tht's somewhat diminished by the fact that he's pointing a gun at her, finger on the trigger and ready to fire if he gives him any trouble.]

[ She tilts her head, indicating the gun he's holding. ]
I'm not here for a fight.

Problem with Bats?
no subject
Nope. They're the ones who have a problem with me.

And you are?

[He figures that if she's from Gotham, she's at least heard murmurs of his name.]
no subject
Vaguely.
no subject
That's me.

[ It only takes a second. Her hand slips to her gauntlet and pressing against it, she's able to detach one of her batarangs. With a flick of her wrist, she tosses it toward the hand holding the gun, aiming for the wrist.
Get that gun away from her, son. ]
