Bakura had been spending a lot more time on the roof of Hell Towers the past week. Sometimes with Pelor [and Mouse when Matsuka was either letting the increasingly large dog get some fresh air, or just needed someone else to watch him] and sometimes just alone.
While it hadn't been the worst month by far, it hadn't been a good one either. First Beatrice, then Yukina, now Bruno... With none of them showing any signs of it just being the Porter having a fit and whisking them a way for a 3 day vacation to nowhere. The loss of Hiruma was still too fresh to be adding new friends to that list of those gone back home, and with Matsuka so upset and worried over Keith...
He gave a deep sigh, flopping down on the grassy patch by the rooftop garden, staring up at the sky, watching the birds and passing--
... broom?
He sat up, squinting slightly to try and see who on Earth was flying about on a broom (he had a short list of possibilities in mind) when he realized said broom seemed... less than graceful.
Unless mid air gymnastics was just a thing in places with flying brooms, but somehow he didn't think so.
Quickly, he scrambled to his feet, hurrying to the edge. "Are you all right?!" he called out, hoping the tumbling person could hear him.
Not that he had any idea what he could do if he wasn't!
Shall we say this one is by Hell Towers? :)
