WARNINGS: None.
SUMMARY: Raven visits Charles at his apartment for a chat and perhaps tea, at Charles' insistence.
FORMAT: Prose.
Charles is pacing about in the kitchen of his relatively small apartment, preparing tea for his intended guest. He seemed to be pretty pleased with the domesticity of it, though preparing tea was always something he used to calm his nerves. After all, there was entirely too much going on at the moment in the City -- most of which he didn't yet fully understand. He certainly had a handful of questions about it all, and he couldn't help but hope that Raven could clear some of the confusion up for him. He was finishing his tea preparation for the evening and assuring that his apartment was prepared for company.
While Raven was his sister, that did not mean that he didn't need to clean up his place. He kept it nice and neat almost all the time, though he was still going to be nit-picky about it all the same. Once he was pleased with it, he settled himself on his small couch with one of the books he'd picked up from the library with Erik.
