SUMMARY: The Doctor is decorating and having a party. What can possibly go wrong?
FORMAT: lots of backtagging ACTION
[Early in the morning the Doctor had pulled out every box filled with garish lights and decorations he had bought. The family room was filled, which was fine because all the delightful food was in the dinning room. Not only a few leftovers from yesterday's meal, but a few concoctions of the Doctor's own creation.
Don't worry the chances of you getting food poisoning was small.]
