After taking a quick look around the room Boyd noticed the shadowy figure at the side table. He might have dismissed her presence, but he took note of the fact she was watching the room, and quite carefully from what he could observe. Something he himself intended to do. Walking up he smiled softly and indicated the seat next to her, not saying a word. He wanted to give her the option of starting the conversation. Even if she didn't, how she did respond would at least tell him something about her and if he had to sit there quietly, well at least he would be able to observe the room without standing out quite so much.
