WHO: Talia al Ghul and Richard Grayson
WHERE: Batcave
WHEN: Backdated to the evening of the feelings plot
WARNINGS: Ego?
SUMMARY: Parenting, as done by the Bat-family and friends.
FORMAT: Para to start, then whatever!
By all reason, it should have come as no surprise that it was different. Worlds away from home, from Gotham, without the legacy of the Wayne name to build upon. The relics of so many battles past, children past, left behind. It was without saying it would be different. Yet today reason did not stop the small pang in her chest at the reality of this new Batcave as she entered it, as ever unannounced.
She was growing foolish. Perhaps dangerously so. Her presence here now, out of all possible times, was proof enough of that. But what was done was done. There were matters to discuss, regardless of convenience. Talia opted to give herself a self-guided tour of imposter of a base- suited for an imposter of a detective, she supposed- while she waited for the former Nightwing to note her arrival.
