The smile gets wiped right off of her face. She's not thinking that the City's government is the same as the Ministry of Magic. However, she is pessimistic thanks to the Ministry of Magic. She's not sure that they will see reason. When was the last time the Ministry did?

"Have you gotten a barrister yet.. No, they call them lawyers over here, I think, regardless, have you gotten one yet?"
