SUMMARY: Electro protests!! And is annoying!!
FORMAT: Quick
[ It was criminally easy. Electro didn't even have to snap his fingers to cut the power in the building but he did it anyway for the flair, watching City Hall suddenly go dark and quiet; all the lights, all the phone lines. He wrinkled his nose, walked up the steps, and took the moment to zap himself inside through the lightbulbs that would normally overlook the steps, landing himself into the Mayor's office. ]
Ah. Yeah. Good day.
[ He's talking to himself. The room is dark but he settles himself by the door, sitting in front of it. ]
