She inwardly rolled her eyes, but took the answer anyways. She honestly hadn't figured she would press the issue beyond the first question; hadn't thought about it more than that. Didn't think he'd be willing to talk at all, in fact. So she'd perhaps had her hopes up that he would open up a little, but was know faced with stark reality.
