WHERE: Somewhere in the City!!
WHEN: Mmmmonday? Yeah, let's say Monday, 6/18.

SUMMARY: Carol spots Reilly on the street and decides to corner him into a conversation.
FORMAT: whatever
Carol's taking a brief break from working and going shopping. Or at least, that was the plan when her stomach growling decided to temporarily derail her plans. So instead of picking up a few things, she's making a bee-line for the closest good hot dog cart. Junk food sounds really good right now and it means she can walk and eat at the same time, so long as she's careful. It's tasty and practical! Too bad that even with that good idea in her head, she's probably not going to get to her actual shopping soon.
