My, what was that thing in the corner? Whatever it was, it was quite definitely catching her interest. The boy was clearly human, but there was something terribly powerful and off about his energy, and Riful had absolutely no idea what it was. How intriguing! She would have to investigate further--the key was in doing so without driving him away.
Slowly, she moved towards the other side of the room, pausing to pick up some snack she couldn't even identify and wouldn't be able to eat anyway. Goodness, but the facade of humanity was annoying. Eventually, she neared the corner and its fascinating occupant.
"Oh, hello," she said, smiling at the boy in a manner she hoped was disarming. If nobody had been disturbed by her presence so far, she was probably safe, but you never did know--and surely not everyone here was so blind. "I like your skull."
