[He had called the meeting, unwilling to say why. It's just a planning session, just get your ass over here he had said. It was realistic enough, what with whispers of a rival faction moving in on his Brooklyn empire -- Hood had his breathing ears open, spying for the force behind his mild irritation. Electro, being his second in command, already knew about that. It would be easy to make the assumption.
Papers laid out over his working desk (nothing more sophisticated than a makeshift plywood, Parker kept it simple in case he ever had to blow the place), he gave the summons. Electro was nothing if not a quick hustler, in all the regards.]
