But some people are born with a mutation, and no not the kind that gives wicked powers, where they don't ever reach that height. More often than not they have certain deformities in their bone structure that makes it easy to tell. But a rare form results in a more perfectly proportioned but much shorter human. The term this mutation is known by is dwarfism."
