WHEN: After hours on Friday afternoon
WARNINGS: Um, damage and stuff.
SUMMARY: April was annoyed Electro wasn't threatening her, so he agrees to come by and break some of her stuff.
FORMAT: Whatever!
[ It was weird, scheduling a break-in, and Electro felt a silly doing it when he let himself into City Hall. Whatever, though; he wasn't going to miss an opportunity to inconvenience the bureaucracy a little bit more, or an opportunity to educate someone on the inside. Why not?
He strode through the hallways, electricity crackling from his fingertips and eyes. ]
