we're keeping busy yeah we're bleeding stones.
WHO: Danger, Karkat, and Gamzee.
WHERE: Lil and Madison's place.
WHEN: Afternoon.
WARNINGS: Trolls and ex-robots and the horrible things they say. Also, possibly Faygo.
SUMMARY: Danger fails at being organic, but her favorite trolls hang out with her anyway.
FORMAT: Quickie.
[ It was, according to the clock on the living room wall, a little past noon. The place was quiet, and while Danger couldn't use heat signatures or physiological sensors to determine how many people were in the general vicinity anymore, she was fairly sure she was alone. Her passing interactions with Lillian had been tense, while those with Madison had been uncomfortable. And without the busy background noise of her various computer systems and outreaching networks, it sufficed to say that, in the vast emptiness of someone else's home, Danger felt a strange loneliness.
She had spent the first several days spending her time going around the house, touching things, smelling them, holding them in her hands, listening to them-- trying to adapt to this new world, interpreting its sensory data with her new body. But today, Danger was sitting on the couch in complete silence, half-unnerved by her own breathing and feeling irritated with the growing pangs of hunger in her belly.
She'd have to eat soon. ]
