i hear the clockwork in your core.
WHO: Danger, Lil, and Diana.
WHERE: The mall.
WHEN: Some afternoon.
WARNINGS: Lil is an angry Canadian. Danger is an angry ex-robot.
SUMMARY: Basically Diana is the perfect woman, and Lil can't dress Danger in other people's clothes forever.
FORMAT: Quickie.
[ Danger is not happy. In general, being in public is a labor-- the loud noises, how quickly everything moves, and how little anyone else seems to understand the concept of personal space. She's beginning to experience a pounding in her temples that she's learned to identify as a "headache." It's unpleasant and distracting-- and somewhat aggravated by the fact that she and Lillian have been spending increasing amounts of time together.
But Lil had refused to let her come meet Diana herself-- convinced maybe that she would either snap and hurt someone else, or someone would take advantage of her flimsy organic form and hurt her. So, the two of them end up standing together at the entrance to the mall, this strange pair of unusually tall women, the air thick with tension between them. But maybe it's a necessary evil. Danger can't wear other people's clothes forever. Even now, she looks out of place, wearing Lil's jeans and Lil's tanktop, all half-hidden under a flannel shirt that is far too broad in the shoulders to be hers. ]
