Jack, too, is happy to wander around and shop, possibly flirt -- make some friends and do a bit of people watching himself. It's been quite a while since he's traveled, and he intends to enjoy it absolutely as much as he can.

But he notices Tony while people watching, gives him a small nod and a vaguely flirtatious smile. (Yes, he's tried before and been shot down, but old habits die hard. Especially when you're Jack Harkness.)
