WHO: Open to all!
WHERE: Central Park
WHEN: The evening of Jan. 29.
WARNINGS: Dead penguins. c:
SUMMARY: The Wild Hunt ends with the slaughter of innocent penguins, leaving all of the participants standing around Central Park looking very confused.
FORMAT: whatever y'all want

The Wild Hunt had torn through the city, causing storms, gathering up people to join its wake and generally making things more than slightly inconvenient. The wind rushed and rain poured as the ghostly inhabitants made their way around the City, stopping at Central Park. From there, it was a scene of chaos that really should have Yakety Sax in the background. The hunters whooping, hollering and generally having a good time, while the penguins panicked and squawked as they ran around the park.

As the final penguin gave its last death squawk and fell to the ground, bleeding from a spear wound, the Master Hunter looked over the rest of the Hunt: assorted ghosts, spirits, and magic users or former dead people roped into doing so. "Our quest is finished. Let the Wild Hunt depart."

In a blinding flash of ectoplasmic energy, the ghosts and spirits vanished, leaving the assorted Cityzens standing around. After a moment, things slowly started to return to normal and the thrall of the Hunt slowly vanished.

Good luck explaining the dead penguins, you guys.

Those who were compelled to join the Wild Hunt may find that though their magic ghost horses have vanished, the gray cloaks they wore as part of the Hunt (as well as any other vague mystical doo-dads they had worn) were still there. For purposes of trauma/lolz, they do remember what happened the past few days, though the memories might be a bit hazy. Feel free to make specific subthreads or just do an ota type thing. c:
