WHO: The Shade and YOU!!
WHERE: Around the City
WHEN: The Week of 2/17-2/22
WARNINGS: Snobs! (None that I can foresee)
SUMMARY: Classy fucks who are classy are around the City to hang out with
FORMAT: Tagger's Choice!
[ The City isn't really Shade's favorite place, but it does have its amusements. From the imports to the stirrings of the native population, there was always something to see, or do. Something that if not new, was at least a curiosity. It was difficult for him to find anything truly new, but he could see the difference in something that happened in his world to this, and he enjoyed watching.
Well, observing, and later writing about it. That was what bored, retired supervillains did, after all. He rarely intervened, but for the occasional time. A mugger who tried to rob someone who looked already rather down on their luck may find himself held to a wall, a pit of inky black while the mugee escaped, before he was released. No fanfare, no holding him for questioning. The thought crossed his mind to simply end it, take the gentleman out, but that would hardly be clean and swift, and from where he was at, there would be little cleanup, watching from high atop a building on the other side of the street.
Other nights he'd find himself in the bar, sipping a delicacy while sampling the fare. Some were better than others, of course, but he could hardly pick a favorite if he didn't try them all, yes?
And other days, when the sun was high, he could be found strolling in the parks, cane tapping against the still chilled concrete and people watching. There was always something to find, after all. }
