stay with me now I'm facing my last solemn hour; (CLOSED)
WHO: Madoka Kaname &
Homura Akemi
WHERE: Shopping plaza
WHEN: Afternoon, March 25
WARNINGS: --
SUMMARY: "Mama" Madoka goes shopping for household necessitiessince if we left that to Sayaka, everything would be BLUE and meets up with a "friend" it is so confusing??
FORMAT: Quick
[ She remembers going on shopping trips with her papa in Japan and while the bustling nature of other shoppers around her is familiar enough, there was so much different. Alone makes it easier for men to bump into her and cause her to cling to the tiny purse strapped up over her shoulder in fear of losing it. No worries, she's been warned enough of how crooks are in the city.
Even the strange looks she gets from others (probably due to the hair, it's always the hair) unnerves her a bit more. Maybe she should return and bring Sayaka along instead? The thought of doing so just makes her feel even more pathetic. If she can't go shopping on her own, then how is she expected to do anything else without someone to hold her hand?
There's a pause as she considers this. Maybe it wasn't the fear of being alone that was bothering her so much as it was not spending the day with someone. A trip of this nature is meant to be spent with friends, laughing over ice cream (or maybe something warmer since spring hasn't really warmed up the area just yet) and pointing out all the fun things they wish they could buy. Just maybe, she thinks as she pulls out the phone given to her by this world, she can call a friend to join her? Was that weakness or longing?
Determining that it was the former, she shoves the cell phone back into her purse as her mood deflates further. Part of growing up was facing things alone and so she must be brave if not for her sake, but for Sayaka.
She thinks that as another person yapping away on their phone nearly knocks her over. Why world... ]
