[Kaito was up early, so he was at the park not long after sunrise. Finding a good tree to lean against, he waited alone with his thoughts. It had been a while since he'd done this sort of thing, and most times didn't exactly end pleasantly. Still, this isn't the same as those times. For one thing, this had nothing to do with his family.]

[Considering his days are now mostly spent inside watching the network (he's still not there), Kaito could more time outside. So this afternoon he's wandering about the streets, trying ever so hard to not look like he was examining the Porter building and the area around it. Because he definitely isn't. Generally trying not to stick out like a sore thumb, he's just walking large circles around it because... exercise? Yeah, that's definitely a valid excuse.]
