walk with the noise.
WHO: ROSE and JESSICA
WHERE: Assorted rooftops.
WHEN: June 19th, evening.
WARNINGS: Awkward rooftop encounters between teenage trainwreck and actual super hero.
SUMMARY: Jessica does the vigilante thin. Unfortunately so does Rose, in the world's worst costume.
FORMAT: brackets to start because you're dealing with a professional lazy person.
[The evenings are always far less quiet than Rose ever imagined. Growing up in relative isolation from city life, she's only started to become used to the persistent noise of cars and people. They distract her constantly, a drone of noise in her eyes that have her eyes never staying in the same place for too long. The rooftops are perfect for surveillance, she has found. They are also perfect to glide from on the nights she bothers to bring the glider. She doesn't have it tonight; it remains at home, tucked neatly under her bed, while she herself crouches over the edge of the roof. Her eyes move across the city in quick succession, never staying in one place for
The rooftops are also convenient for staying (mostly) out of sight.
Dressing in green and purple does not a subtle costume make. She literally has no idea what Norman was thinking with this costume. The mask itself is hilarious. She has yet to move on from the laughing stage every time she catches a glimpse of herself in a window or a car rear-view mirror. She wears it nonetheless, no matter how ridiculous she feels every night.
Jessica will likley find her as she hops between rooftops. She honestly has no need for the glider; not when she can fly perfectly fine on her own. ]
