[ it seems bradbury just has no luck keeping the companions he's acquired throughout his treks in the labyrinth; he keeps getting separated or losing sight of the people he's traveling with somehow. considering how the place is very nearly endless (and apparently flooded with monsters, at that) he's starting to think he should get a toddler harness for the next person he runs into. maybe then he'll have a better shot at sticking together with them.
by now, he's gotten the hang of his axe enough to be comfortable swinging its weight around, but of course it's slower than kanaya's sword. good thing they aren't fighting each other (hah) right now, or things could have gotten ugly. he blinks, recognition making him relax his guard a little. ]
