WHO: Jack Bauer & Yako Katsuragi
WHERE: NOHoPE

WARNINGS: Discussion of past violent events, for the most part. Will update as necessary!
SUMMARY: Applying a different approach to the same problem.

[ The room Yako's chosen for this session is unassuming enough; rather than opting for the closer settings of one of the private rooms, she's specifically requested for the use of one of those designed for group therapy instead. There isn't too much of a difference, as far as floor space is concerned, but the less restricted Jack feels, the better.
The walls have been painted in a pastel shade of green, presumably for its calming influence, but it's otherwise plain. The only furniture occupying the room is a pair of armchairs with a coffee table between them. On the table is a thermos and a pair of matching (plastic) mugs.
It would be a mistake to think the place is unassuming as it seems, of course -- even now, cameras observe their movement as Yako pushes open the door and steps inside, holding it open for Jack before shutting it behind him. There's no forgetting that they're in NOHoPE, not with the presence of the power dampeners, though her extra abilities are something that Yako forgets exist, most days. She wonders if Jack feels it more keenly.
But that's not what they're here for today. ]

[ She takes the other armchair, settling herself comfortably and watching him. She doesn't carry files or notes with her, but she reaches for the thermos, unscrewing the lid. The clean, sharp floral smell cuts through the air. ]
