WHO: POWER GIRL and SPIDER-MAN
WHERE: the streets
WHEN: early evening or so
WARNINGS: violence
SUMMARY: quips and superheroing, oh my!!
FORMAT: tagger's choice
[ Peej is still miserable about her best friend's port out and technically her death as she's been returned to their dead universe. The port out has touched on the one raw nerve she can't seem to conceal, even from herself.
But life must go on and so, it's not much of a surprise when a car chase gone wrong (a ten car pile-up, followed by an officer down at the scene) to see her chasing them down herself. A blur of red, white, and blue and she's eventually caught up to the car with three of the men inside. Squinting at them reveals one of them is actually a woman. ]
Party's ov -- whoa!
[ The female accomplice starts firing at Peej, shattering the windshield instantly. Loud screams explode all around the vicinity and people run in various directions to get away before a stray bullet hits them.
Bullets don't hurt Peej, but she's concerned about the civilians who are dropping low in their cars and nearly trampling each other on the sidewalks to get away. ]
Are you out of your mind, lady?!
