SUMMARY: it's the end of the world, but Kate is trying to keep to her promise to buy Molly a drink.

[ It had been tricky maneuvering through the streets in their current state, but Kate arrives at the bar before the promised time, surprised it's still open. Its bar owner is seated behind the counter, watching the small TV that seems to be airing a hockey game from across the country. He turns his head, a curt nod in greeting before he rises and asks what she'll be having. ]
I'll wait, thanks.
[ She seats herself on one of the stools and glances at her watch. She'll give Molly about an hour, given everything. If she doesn't know, she'll try to find her to ensure she didn't leave her workplace only to get swept up in trouble. ]
