John took another long minute, and finally his comm managed to disconnect; at least he had that moment of silence. Finally he got up. He could hear his own sense of self-preservation yelling at him and it sounded remarkably like his mom. Johh stared, for a minute.

He didn't know what to say. Breaking and entering was something that he did, something that was a part of him from the time he was a child. Asking for permission didn't come easily, not when permissions could be faked. It was easier to get what he wanted and hope that nobody noticed.

But in this situation he came out on the wrong end of things. He pocketed his comm, but didn't hold out his hands, just stared at the man in front of him.
