WHO: Julian Keller (
alphahell) and Tabitha Smith (
ohexplodable)
WHERE: A small park at Lenore and Kensington, southside.
WHEN: Thursday, afternoon, the day after he arrives.
WARNINGS: None, other than Julian being Julian.
SUMMARY: Julian's first face-to-face meeting with someone since arriving.
FORMAT: Paragraph
Things were going according to plan. But they usually did for Julian Keller. He had something of a privilidged upbringing, even though that was over now. He had a power that was, in his humble opinion, the best. And through a combination of luck and determination, anything he'd wanted, he got.
Well, almost anything.
This new city already showed promise though. A change of scenery was nice, plus this was the stage where he'd ultimately become the greatest hero ever known. And he'd traded words with a couple of interesting people. Everything seemed poised to go his way again. For example: hot chick in red sitting on a bench and waiting for him? Top that, Xavier's. Then again, there were those Cuckoo chicks...
Julian arrived at the park fairly early, one hand thrust into the pocket of khaki pants that were paired with a blue button-up shirt. He hoped he hadn't kept her waiting. He knew enough about girls to know they could be touchy about that sort of thing.
