Kaiba may not have wanted to admit it, but he had been going out during lunch more often the past few weeks. While he enjoyed locking himself in his office and focusing on nothing but work in a city where people kept flying or other odd things that were getting harder to ignore, he couldn't do it forever. He was starting to realize, unconsciously, that the reason he'd been able to do that so well before was because Mokuba had always been around.
So that was why he found himself in a crowded coffee shop yet again in the middle of the day. While he had no plans to go out of his way to converse with anyone while he waited for his order, he was less likely to just completely ignore anyone who approached him.
