WHO: Future Ken Ichijouji (
digikaiser ) and Bakura Ryou (
shiromadoushi )
WHERE: Camille Macchiato's Fine Coffees on 5th Street
WHEN: Tuesday Morning, February 23
WARNINGS: None
SUMMARY: Future Ken thinks something is bothering Bakura and wants to talk to it over tea.
FORMAT: Short Para
Ken closed his eyes as he enjoyed his morning cup of green tea. He had a craving for some coffee but shortly before arriving in the city he had promised his wife he would cut back on his caffeine. The blue-haired man paused for a moment to reflect on his short time he had been in the city. It was strange he had been in this city for barely a day, but he already had a pretty good gauge of what his past self's friends were like. It was an odd feeling, he could sense Toph and Lyra's rebellious nature but he already had felt a deep paternal need to keep an eye on them. Possibly because his own daughter wasn't much younger than them.
Bakura had seemed to get to be a little more difficult to get a read on. He had only talked to the boy over the coms, but sensed something was bothering him. He frowned for a moment trying to keep his mind clear as he couldn't help but overhear the chatter of the minds around him. He retrieved a pair of reading glasses from his pocket before taking a look at the morning paper.
