Toph arrived early, as usual, to scope the area out and make sure there weren't any squatters in the condemned building she remembered. Just in case she decided to take it down. Wouldn't do to hurt anyone on accident, would it? Showing off would be fun, at any rate. It had been awhile.
That guy had better get here soon, she thought to herself, scowling. When he arrived, he'd find a fifteen-foot pillar in the middle of the lot with a tiny, black-haired girl sitting crosslegged on top of it.
