Ysera pulled out of the dive, keeping most of her speed as she leveled off. As she started to climb back up, she tipped her head and realized there was a flock of constructs chasing her tail. She snarled as she saw them shooting rockets at her.

Pumping her wings hard, she climbed, making the missiles and drones curve up to chase her. And then she twisted and rolled, wings in tight to face the climbing missiles and drones below her.

Her jaws gaped wide and glistening acid spray burst from her jaws, expanding in a spreading cone before her. The leading missiles and drones passed into the leading edge of the acid breath and started exploding as their casings and engines dissolved.
