Gar stood with his hands shoved in his jean pockets, looking up into some office building across the street. He voice practically startled him out of that and, when he looked over to greet her, he was met with largely-bare legs and cute, girly shoes.
That was totally unfair. Why'd she break up with him and then start wearing nicer things around him? There couldn't be logic present, unless it was... Well, unless it was mean logic, which he supposed she could be capable of. Still, she'd been the one to break it off! He'd been nice and pathetically obliging about the whole thing! Why'd she have to go and do a thing like that?
"Hey," he said, pulling out of his hands out of its respective pocket to wave. "Don't worry about it."
