WHERE: Kaiba's office and Alastair's...wherever he is
WHEN: this afternoon after Alastair left work
WARNINGS: assholery
SUMMARY: A phone call! Alastair's fidgety and feels like bugging the crap out of Kaiba for no reason whatsoever.
FORMAT: uhh I guess we'll see? there's going to be more than just the phone call...
Alastair was usually subject to two warring sentiments within himself: curiosity and laziness. If something got his interest up enough, he could overcome the latter and get off his duff and do something with or about information he came across. Usually, though, he just wasn't interested enough, and laziness won.
Not today.
He didn't mean to snoop, per se. But when his roommates left cell phones out or computers open, or TVs turned on to whatever they were watching, Alastair's sense of curiosity made him go poke at them. He had noticed Bakura's phone one day, a while ago, and remembered that he had been talking privatly with Kaiba about the game business. His curiosity was piqued enough to find the payoff - Kaiba's cell phone number, which he had given to Bakura months ago for checking up on his business while he was out of the country. Alastair saved the number in his own phone then, but didn't do anything with that precious piece of information until he felt like it. Today, he felt like it.
