There must be some kind of way out of here, said the joker to the thief.
WHO: CHRONOS and SHOCKWAVE (open to Soundwave?)
WHERE: Shockwave's pad. :B
WHEN: The 20th? Ish.
WARNINGS: None??
SUMMARY: Chronos is leaving DC for a bit, until things die down; his BFF Shockwave
FORMAT: Para?
David didn't have all that much to pack; all he needed was a few pairs of clothing, his chronosuit, and his assorted hygienics, and when he had those -- and had chased away vandals from his clock tower -- he input the coordinates Shockwave had sent and teleported over to the City.
Ah, he'd... well, no, he hadn't missed the City. It was different than DC, that was for certain. It had it's own unique brand of charm and of chaos; David couldn't fault it for that. Oddly, in a time such as this, it seemed almost normal compared to the naturalized citizen-heavy atmosphere of any other city. If Enid were here, likely she'd be demanding he take control of this situation and end this war, now, and to man up and fix everything so that she could live in peace again.
But David had no real problems waiting for the situation to fix itself. Last time he had interfered, things had gone bad. Besides, staying with a friend (yes, a real friend) in the City was already drastically improving his situation.
He knocked, minding his manners.

Shockwave wasn't quite certain as to the exact reasoning for offering Chronos a place to stay, but he did prefer the human over most others. A rare trait. Hn, perhaps the organic body was forcing more on him than he'd been starting to realize.
The knock on the door came and he made his way over, pushing a few animals out of the way.
"Chronos. Come in." The Decepticon greeted, as he pulled the door open.

This time, that was. He wasn't planning on making the same mistake he did in Gotham; he was staying out things unless they directly involved or benefited him, no exceptions. He wasn't too keen on upsetting history again. Especially not before he found a way to bring Enid here. It was embarrassing enough he'd made that mistake once -- even if it had been mostly his wife's fault.
