WHO: Momiji and OPEN to everyone
WHERE: The MAC and the streets
WHEN: From Jan. 7 thru Jan.9, state when/where in header
WARNINGS: None
SUMMARY: Trying to stop thinking so much, Momiji starts wondering around the City.
FORMAT: Starts with prose, will dissolve into whatever the other person wants
Momiji had been spending his first few days in the City trying to wrap his mind around the concept of being stuck in this new reality. It hadn’t been going well. Thinking about it left him depressed and filled with questions about the future. The silence that filled his apartment wasn’t helping. Momiji had never really been alone. Sure, the houses on Sohma estate were usually quiet, but there had still been the background hum of human life. To keep himself from dwelling on his situation, Momiji had been busy acquiring a new wardrobe and decorating his room.
But there was only so much time he could dedicate to deciding between shades of pink and by Friday, Momiji running out of things to do. Determined not to spend his weekend worrying over something he couldn’t change, he rose early and with a game plan. He was going to explore the City and get familiar with the place he’d be calling home from now on. Mentally pumping himself, Momiji pulled on a sweater and strode out the door.

"You can call me Momiji." He paused, thinking. "Cause that's what people in America do right? Call each other by first names?" Another pause to digest what she'd said, before he finished answering. "I'm from Japan and 16. What's weird?"

"46 really is old." He laughed. "But everyone grows up eventually. And even if the time is wrong, at least you can see the future while you're young. I mean, back home we just hit the 2000s. So I should be a lot older too."

And he is like a little brother and she would like to hug, but she is being good because not everyone likes that kind of thing, and she knows it.
"Where are you going? Maybe I can go too!"

He would love the hugs, but alas if she tried he'd have to run.
"I'm going to explore the City! I haven't been here long and I want to see it. You can come if you want." He could never turn down company, especially if someone was being nice to him.

Sorry for the delay! Brain not working.
Don't even worry about it!
It's just that I'm usually pretty quick with turnaround. :)
Not a problem, RL takes over sometimes.
