It wasn't uncommon for Leo to appear in the doorway of Blue's bedroom, always slightly hesitant to enter without permission despite his almost constant presence in Blue's original bedroom. This time, though, there was an air of hopeful anticipation in Leo's presence. He hoped to get Blue out of the house today.

Soldier Blue?... It was a gentle inquiry, a request to enter.

Some of that hope wasn't so guarded that Soldier Blue couldn't glean it from a distance. Without much to go on but that quiet notion, he couldn't only wonder with a growing curiosity what it was that Leo seemed intent to do. With Blue in tow, apparently - he could detect Leo's closeness through the door, staring in its direction as though it weren't there to separate them at all.

You can come in, Leo, he thought aloud as he straightened and stood up from the desk chair. Only when the door opened did he think to use his voice and speak aloud. "What is it?"

Leo's bow was met with a nod from Blue's end - a fairly new habit developed because of the respect he was shown. He'd always been looked up to by the other Mu, but at his age, with fewer of the younger generations to separate the old and the young, there wasn't much by way of display the way Leo was apt to.

Formalities aside, Leo's remark lifted Blue's eyebrows. "What do you have in mind?"

Blue drank in the mounting excitement steadily, his disposition ever-mild and regarding without condescension. Leo's thinking was not wrong, not for what he lived through - what their realities required. Blue's initial thought on the notion...it seemed a bit extreme for the situation they were in as captives in the City, but the mind tricks that he himself could employ were not readily available for Leo. Another oversight, he realized. How unfair for his comrade...

"It's a fine idea, Leo," Blue replied, smiling wanly. There was a tint of apology in the way his eyebrows lifted and knit, an outward expression of his guilt. Still, he knew there was redemption in accepting Leo's suggestion.

He would have been overruled, anyway; Rain sat perched on the windowsill with his bright eyes fixed on the both of them, wondering at what any of it meant, but fairly certain that if it meant out he was all for it.

Rain's input softened Blue's expression all the more, bowing his head in concession. "Very well. I'll come with you when you wish."

"Now is fine," Blue conceded warmly. He gave an and then kind of look, moving to find his coat.
