WHO: The Fallen and Shockwave.
WHERE: Shockwave's office at Starwave.
WHEN: IMMEDIATELY.
WARNINGS: Potential violence, typical Decepticon nastiness, that sort of thing.
SUMMARY: Stealing from his fellow Cybertronians isn't likely to endear Fallen to them, but that's not going to stop him from doing it. Fallen stops in at Shockwave's, they argue, and maybe they come to an agreement.
FORMAT: Letters, spaces, and punctuation.
Looking around the room, the Fallen had to admit that Shockwave didn't have a half-bad design sense. He could appreciate the minimalistic angle he'd taken to his office setup. Very simple, very empty - almost reminiscent of the Void, if the Void had been ruled by IKEA designers. As offices went, it was nice.
Even nicer was the selection of advanced and expensive equipment Shockwave had access to.
Sitting at the Decepticon's desk, he flipped through a file folder of orders, occasionally making modifications to incoming shipments and transfers. Some of this could be of use to him, especially when he could get it for free.

POWER TO THE IKEA DESIGNERS!
What he did not expect working late to entail was walking into his office and finding someone else there. And not just anyone, but the Fallen. Of all people, it had to be him.
"What are you doing?" stay calm. It was just the Fallen. Messing with his things. Probably messing up the very neat and organized order they went in. Nothing to get irritated by.
LET US SING THE PRAISES OF BLOCKY FURNITURE!
"I think you're smart enough that you'll soon figure it out," he said, purposefully vague. Shockwave thrived on information. It didn't pay to give it up too easily.
HOORAY
"I want an actual answer, Fallen." he huffed, wandering over to his desk and the tank. If the Fallen was around, messing with his things, then he didn't want to have to figure it out later. He wanted an answer then and there, so he could fix whatever the frag was messed up.

"Do I strike you as a mech who takes orders, Shockwave?" he asked, though he lifted a hand and motioned for the other man to join him at the desk.

"Hn."
Shockwave leaned up against his desk, looking over at the papers Fallen had taken out.
What. What was he doing with those particular files?
"Must you constantly trouble my things? I am certain getting a job, or hobby of some kind would suit you. At least keep you busy enough to leave my stuff alone," he scowled "I hear the burger places are always hiring."

Humanity was really turning the poor mech into a cretin.
"Must you persist in your shallow mockery of an emotional being? Humor doesn't suit you," he said. He neatly folded the top page over so the other man couldn't see precisely what he'd been doing. "Beyond that, there's no logic in working for what you have so kindly - if unintentionally - made available to me."

They could be such a trouble at times.
"And I am not at all attempting to mock anything. You know very well that I cannot get emotional sensations to leave me alone." He would have loved it if he could. Soundwave wasn't coming back, no matter what little hope he had left, he knew it wouldn't happen. Removing them. It would be logical. And if the other did ever return. Then, well he'd find some way to get them back. Getting them back would be much easier than removing them.
Shockwave sighed as the Fallen kept what he was doing out of view. Did the other mech not realize he could just x-ray it if he so desired?
"I am serious, Fallen. Get a job. I am certain that whatever it is you are doing, you could do without using me."

"My job is to do as I am bid by universal forces of decay. I leave the menial tasks to my lessers." He gave Shockwave a pointed look. He wanted to play in human economics? He was welcome to. The Fallen wasn't interested.
"Still troubled by the emotional inclinations of your flesh, then? My offer still stands. I could aid you with that."
Fallen set down the file and steepled his fingers. If Shockwave wanted a small something in exchange for his 'donation' to the Fallen's cause, he wasn't beyond making him a deal - especially if it'd be a net benefit to him. Logic was predictable, and a predictable mech was easier to control.

"I truly do not think beating it out of me will work." what else could the Fallen do besides that? He hardly seemed the teaching kind.
"What exactly could you do."
no subject
"As for what I'd suggest, it depends on the extent of your current emotional capacity. What makes you feel, Shockwave?"
