Tom had initially wanted to meet with Selina to figure out what to do with projectile cat. He couldn't keep him because Ggio acted like he was in competition with the tiny kitten. However, he'd completely forgotten to bring the little guy as he headed out to the park to meet up with Catwoman and see the prehistoric cats.

Not that it mattered too much, and right now, he was really interested in seeing the army that she'd collected.

"Hey, Selina" He called out as he ran over to her in his cat form.

"Tom?" She was caught a bit off-guard at his arrival, and the surprise was probably broadcast out more than she'd like. Not that she really had control over this at all yet.

Huh, that was strange... Tom felt a bit surprised as he walked over to Selina. It wasn't too weird though, probably, after all, she had sabertooth tigers now. Who wouldn't be surprised.

"They're amazing," He comments, slowing down as he walks over to her, eying the large cats with a bit of wariness.

"They are." She tries to think calm. She'd avoided see Tm in this form since she got back because she didn't know exactly what would happen with her new powers. And hasn't she always been a bit touchy about people prying into the minds of others?

For the time being, at least, Tom doesn't know anything about Selina's new powers, which could be a good or a bad thing... Probably good as long as he kept his thoughts on the prehistoric felines for now. "Are they safe to touch?" He asks a bit warily, moving a bit closer to them.

"Should be." They seemed to be picking up from her that he was a friend. It was odd though, how they didn't feel like they were entirely there. Or maybe it was that they were and shouldn't be. Whatever it is, it was odd.

Tom nodded a little, and finally rested his hand atop one of the sabertooth's head, petting it a little before walking over to sit down next to Selina. He couldn't help but relax when he was with Selina, but he was really noticing it right now, as well as how wonderful and beautiful she was. "Have you been okay through this past week's insanity?"

Those feelings were leaking through. Selina did her best to keep her expression calm. But she had hoped this wouldn't happen at all.

"Pretty much, yeah. Was away at a spa for part of it. You?"

Sorry, Selina, but Tom can't really help it. He trusts her more than just about anybody in this City, and probably would have been in a much worse place than he is now if it hadn't been for her. He'd totally have been crushing on her if he thought for even a second that he had a chance... And the Batman wasn't around.

"Lucky," He laughed a little. "You know me, I kept to myself and didn't go near anything that didn't smell right... Well, until I was ganged up on by velociraptors."

At least she's not getting that from him. But the adoration is definitely making her a bit edgy. "I assume you got out of that all right since you're here and everything."

Yeah, thank goodness she's missing that part. Her discomfort from his feelings are making him a bit edgy in return, though. "Oh yeah, it was therapeutic really." He snapped a little. "Punching dinosaurs is a great time all around."

Hell, this wasn't working. The tension was just going to bounce back and forth and build up at this rate. She took a deep breath and exhaled slow. "The Porter gave me a new power this time around."

Okay, that was weird. How was it that he even felt a bit relaxed when she took a deep breath? That didn't make sense, but, hey, it worked. "Really? Can she do that?"

"Yeah, she can." Selina was quiet for a moment. "I have some kind of mental link with cats now."

And that tension is back. "Wait, so you can tell what I'm thinking and everything?" And suddenly this is a battle not to stare at her chest.

"Just hints. Feelings and such." And she doesn't need powers to see where those eyes are going.

He's looking at the sky now! Or the other cats! Yeah... He's sorry, Selina. You can't blame him. "Oh, so that was you I was feeling, sort of?" It was pretty weird, and trying to be careful about things now. "I should, uh, probably change, huh?"

"That was me, yeah." She frowned a bit at the question. She did like Tom's other form. There wasn't a cat person alive who wouldn't find it cool. "If it makes you more comfortable."

"It might take care of this weird back and forth feedback thing," He shrugs. He doesn't really want to change back though. He likes this form, it's become a sort of comfort to him, and he could tell that she liked it too. "There's nothing I can do about it now anyway." He chuckles a little. "Not unless I sit naked here with you."

"And I doubt that would make you more comfortable." Well, at least he seemed to be taking it in stride. Of course, Selina is a bit more touchy than some about people poking around in her mind.

Yeah, totally not going to get into the possibility that if she really wanted him to change back right now, then he would... For their mental comfort, of course! "Probably not." He didn't mind her poking around in his head, really. He trusted Selina. "Do you still have your other powers?"

She caught a hint but didn't press. "The phasing, not the invulnerability."

"That's good. I'm not sure how useful being a cat psychic would be in a fight."

"Really, Tom." She gave him a sly smile. "Do you think I need powers for a fight?"
