[OPEN TO MOONYFRIENDS!!!] Oh-oh home, let me go home!
WHO: MOONYBASE & FRIENDS
WHERE: ...Moonybase?
WHEN: LAST NIGHT
WARNINGS: Marauders
SUMMARY: This is a general RP post for Moonybase folks and anyone they'd invite over for a big family dinner. Close friends can come too. TAG FREELY.
FORMAT: WHATEVER
Sunday night was spaghetti night, and Sirius made as much spaghetti as the pot would hold, with sauce and meatballs to match. As this was more pasta than any small army could eat, there was a standing invitation for friends and family to come over and enjoy good food and the company of wizards. Remus, Ruka and Rua, Tonks, Harry (of course!), Anders and Zatanna, if the thought of Sirius cooking is not utterly terrifying, the invite stands.
Oddly moody these days, Sirius tended to be quite jolly at the beginning of the evening, and get quieter and more withdrawn as the hours (and glasses of wine) piled up. But it's early yet, and he's all smiles, and there's Lily's new marmoset to see, so come over, come over, and enjoy!

Action tag, because I'm lazy
S'all good!
[Sirius. The plates are bigger than that monkey and twice as heavy.]
Besides, I heard somewhere that you were a witch. With magic powers and everything.
no subject
I have magic powers? Me? Why did I miss the memo on this?
Really, the solution is just to make James do the dishes.
no subject
[He likes it when she gets sassy. And when they tag-team James, that's the best part about his best mate having a wife. If he gets her on his side, old Prongsie is doomed.]
Woman, I like how you think.
[He gives her his most mischievous grin, winks, and goes back to stirring sauce. A man should not be able to look devilishly handsome in a frilly yellow apron, but Sirius makes it work.]
no subject
You've told me that before, but it never hurts to hear it again.
no subject
[How Sirius can talk about the flavor of animal food when the smell of delicious pasta sauce is filling the air, God alone knows. It's his special talent, apparently.]

no subject
"Oi, Pads, do we want wine, and if so, how much?"
no subject
The marmoset has become something of a present for Sirius as well: endless teasing fodder for his best friend.
/fashionably late
Can I help with anything?
Re: /fashionably late
Harry! See to the garlic bread, would you? The oven's heating, and the butter and garlic are out, there.
no subject
Of course. [He'll happily move to do so as soon as he's released, sparing the pot a glance as he goes.]
I hope we'll get enough people for all that.
no subject
[Sirius goes back to stirring, smiling happily.]
It's a trick your dad and I used to do: make enough food at the beginning of the week that you'll have something all through the rest of it, no matter how busy you get.
no subject
So it'll be spaghetti all week until we never want to see spaghetti again. Got it.
no subject
Not that one is going to become necessary here, you understand. We're pretending I'm a good influence on you for your mother's sake.
no subject
Really? We'll see how long that lasts. ... And you really had to mention worms, didn't you.
