Nothing ever goes quite as you plan
WHO: Bruno and Gamzee
WHERE: Near the MAC
WHEN: Today/July 19, 2011
WARNINGS: Fighting, swearing, and character death.
SUMMARY: Gamzee's creeping around the MAC and Bruno spots him and decides to do something about his creeper behavior. This unfortunately doesn't work out as Bruno hopes.
FORMAT: Have I ever even specified a format in a log? Well, I still don't mind any format.
In the dark corners near the MAC - quiet stretches of paved concrete, sidewalks frequented by lone runners, and darkened alleys - Gamzee lurks. He's been here for an hour or two today, so he'd be easy to track if someone was paying attention to him. If someone even noticed him.
Gamzee had learned to be more cautious, but his arrogance was still strong. Instead of staying in the dark as much as he should have Gamzee stood in the wrong positions, his orange horns sometimes protruded from the shadows.

In fact, it was only his first time using it when he reached the ground floor with one of his technically-complete-but-not-quite-perfect-yet project bikes, meaning to take it out for a brief road test. He already knew that the door to the outside down here opened onto a very dim side street, but he wasn't really expecting anything and he wasn't worried. He casually unlocked it and slid it open.

It was not that late though and he'd been a little more out in the open. He'd had to pull himself back into the darkest shadows and still it was probably a second too late.
Gamzee'd rather the man didn't notice him and kept strolling past, but with his luck lately he wasn't sure that'd happen. Having followed network posts Gamzee could identify this person as being called Bruno, someone who talked to Daniel that time he escaped. This was someone he might have to fight. From his strife deck Gamzee pulled a weapon out and kept his right arm, new and metallic, free for blocks.

Bruno didn't really know a lot about the Trolls, except that there were a bunch of them and they seemed to complain about humans a lot (and... that they all typed weirdly.) But he did know generally what they looked like, and, in particular, he new about Gamzee. He couldn't not; he'd promised Daniel that he would protect him. And even though he didn't consider himself a 'hero' in the same way that Cassandra and her friends were, he also tried never to ignore or avoid a possible threat to others when appeared right in front of him. He didn't know yet if it was Gamzee, but he intended to find out
He propped the bike up on its kickstand just a short way out the door and crouched down to go through the motions of double-checking the break pads and the visible engine parts. Inwardly, though, he was tapping into the not insignificant reserve of brute-force computing power his mechanical mind had at its disposal, focusing intently on any minuscule sound of movement he could detect from the unknown Troll's direction.
